Have you been attending classes regularly, and would now like to develop a home practice? This dynamic class is for you if you have been practising regularly for 6-12 months.
You will learn basic anatomy and be encouraged to visualise how your body moves to enhance comprehension and to ensure that you can stay safe even when practising at home.
We will explore familiar postures mindfully and with intention and learn some new postures to add to your practice. All classes will include breath work and relaxation.
