Yoga for back care

Tuesdays 9:30 – 10:30am (starting 5th May 2026)

£55 for a block of 6 or £10 drop-in

This class offers a gentle, supportive approach to improving comfort, mobility, and confidence within your body. Through simple, regular movement, you’ll be guided to explore how your body can move with greater ease, always at your own pace. There is no pressure to push through pain or discomfort; instead, the focus is on steady progress and working within what feels safe and manageable for you.

Alongside the physical practice, you’ll gain a practical understanding of how your spine works. This is shared in an accessible, non-technical way to help you feel more connected to your body and more confident in everyday movements, both now and as you age.

Each session includes a combination of gentle postures, breathwork, and guided relaxation at the beginning and end of class. These moments of stillness help calm the nervous system, leaving you feeling more relaxed, clear-minded, and grounded.

To support your progress, you’ll also be offered one or two simple movements to practise at home after each class, encouraging small, consistent steps that build strength, flexibility, and long-term wellbeing.
